Job Summary
Franchise manager will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, planning and managing the franchising business of Company.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for developing franchisee partners and expand business.
Present business plans with potential client and negotiate terms and conditions of exclusive brand outlet franchisee agreement.
Responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract completion. Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to sales processes.
Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports.
Works closely with the Management on strategic initiatives to achieve goals.
Finalization of all Franchises & guiding them, explaining ROI to them, helping out to the franchise owner to set up the Store.
Assist the prospective franchise partner on the progress stage till the place is operational.
Coordination with the operations team for proper & complete setup.
Serves as a liaison between franchises partner and company headquarters
Key Skills
Must posses pleasing personality & able to communicate in English & Hindi.
Must be willing to travel in a radius of 500 km, Must have previous experience in selling franchisees
Required Experience and Qualifications
Must be a good negotiator
