Position Summary We are seeking young and energetic engineering graduates from top universities for an exciting role that combines technical expertise, data skills, legal knowledge and business acumen.
The selected candidates will undergo a rigorous 6-month intense training program after which they will be placed as an associate/consultant within our organization. The training program will focus on Intellectual Property (IP), exposure to various business units within Maxval and practical training in various research tools and databases. The candidate will be placed into various roles based on their interests, strengths and program fit. Possible roles after the training include:

• 
  Associate – Research: As a research analyst you will be part of our everyday operations. You will be exploring different technology topics every day and put together concise technical summaries, reports and articles. You will put together proof-of-concepts and project proposals at lightning pace. You will work with the operations team to track and monitor the status of projects and ensure expectations are being met. You will provide support to internal and external teams as a subject matter expert.

• 
  Associate – Solutions: In this role, you are expected to keep pace with evolving R&D technologies and IP needs of the customer. You will put together requirement documents and propose new solutions that fit the customer’s needs. You should be comfortable searching through and making sense of large chunks of data from disparate sources. You will work closely with our customer engagement team to deliver Maxval’s products and services.

Requirements:

• B.Tech. M.Tech or Ph.D. in Electronics, Communication, Electrical, Mechanical, Semiconductors, Computer Architecture, Industrial, Biotechnology, or other related disciplines
• English Language proficiency
  • Fluency
  • Ability to articulate and communicate technical information effectively
  • Ability to communicate in other foreign languages (desirable)
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning ability
  • Exposure to MS Office
  • Data skills
  • Exposure to macros, SQL, python, AI/ML etc. (desirable)

Locations: Bengaluru (Preferable), Noida, Chennai and Coimbatore
