Job Description:
Customer service: Greet customers, ask questions, and listen to their needs
Sales process: Facilitate the sales process, including test drives, trade-in assessments, and price negotiations
Customer follow-up: Maintain a customer database, schedule first service appointments, and follow up after delivery
Sales targets: Set and work towards personal sales goals
Sales paperwork: Complete paperwork for sales, including finance, insurance, and vehicle registration
Product knowledge: Understand the automotive business, including product technology, features, and accessories
Legal knowledge: Understand the laws that govern retail auto sales
Customer satisfaction: Ensure customers are satisfied with their purchase
