McGP Hiring for Readymix Batching plant operator at Salem Full Time

We are currently seeking a skilled “Ready-mix Batching plant Operator” to join our India team. This is a key position within the company reporting to the General Manager & Project Manager. A great opportunity to display, develop and expand your skills within the company.

• Capabilities to handle 3 batching plants location remotely.
• Liaise with Logistics planning of Ready-mix trucks for 3 Batching plants
• Experienced in operating the Logistics through live GPS tracked trucks and live Computerized concrete batching system.
• Required to input of all customer concrete orders, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Required to use the most cost effective dispatch planning (Shipping) of all deliveries
• Have to maintain accurate raw materials stock levels in plants.
• Degree or Diploma in civil engineering or related fields.
• Should be good in English communications.
• Good team player and well- behaved in the organizations.
• 3-5 Years of experience in same field.You will receive a comprehensive remuneration package which included a competitive salary in line with experience.

Salary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month

• Concrete Industry: 4 years (Preferred)
• Civil engineering: 4 years (Required)
• Central Batching operation: 5 years (Preferred)
• English: 5 years (Preferred)
