1. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing.

2. An incumbent should have hands-on experience to manage corporate networks including firewall, routers, switches, LAN/WAN Setup, Wi-Fi Devices, SD-WAN, LL/MPLS Management.

3. Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.

4. Knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, Linux, and Mac OS operating systems and productivity tools.

5. Remote and complex troubleshooting support to end-users, hardware devices like mobile, desktops, laptops, and services.

6. Maintain users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, Data Migration.

7. Knowledge of IT Infrastructure development and maintenance.

8. Software/hardware inventory, license management.

9. Providing full-service internal IT Support to employees across the organization.

10. Server setup, configurations, reconfiguration, remote management, and monitoring.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
