Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CRM Zoho Expert who can optimize the use of Zoho CRM to enhance lead management and sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Zoho CRM and its functionalities and be adept at leveraging it to drive efficiency, improve team performance, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Database Management:
• Maintain and refine the CRM database to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Conduct regular audits to remove duplicates and outdated records.
• Lead Management:
• Distribute leads effectively to the sales team daily.
• Monitor and push the sales pipeline for maximum lead conversion.
• Sales Optimization:
• Identify bottlenecks and hurdles preventing sales targets from being met.
• Develop actionable strategies and solutions to overcome these challenges.
• Team Leadership:
• Guide and mentor the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
• Ensure alignment with sales targets and objectives through effective collaboration.
• Reporting & Insights:
• Generate detailed reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Zoho CRM Expertise:
• Configure, customize, and optimize Zoho CRM to fit business needs.
• Stay updated on the latest Zoho CRM features and implement them effectively.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with Zoho CRM, including configuration, customization, and reporting.
• Skills:
• Proficient in lead management and sales pipeline optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and processes.
• Technical Expertise:
• Experience with Zoho CRM integrations and third-party tools.
• Advanced understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and reporting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
