We are hiring an Administration Officer for our Robotics Learning Center @ Sholinganallur. (Only female candidate to apply)Primary responsibilities:· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.· Accountable for all administrative activities of the Center including supervising housekeeping work.· Manage phone calls and maintain database.· Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.· Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.· Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.· Assist colleagues and provide administrative support for operations team and coordinate project deliverables.· Handle requests and queries appropriately from internal & external customers.· Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.Requirements and skills· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Ability to multi-task and prioritise projects· Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesQualification:Any graduate UG degree. (Final year students awaiting results can also apply)Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shift
