3. Mechanical/Parking solutions experience

4. Good communication skills

5. Preferable languages have known Hindi, English & Kannada.

Job Description:

1. Setting up facilities & Manage the Team

2. Random Field visits to check the Operations

3. Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.

4. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.

5. Creating and managing the organization’s fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.

6. Monitoring the operational performance of both internal and external service providers.

7. Monitoring facility condition and environmental performance and recommending or approving funding levels and spending plans.

8. Providing a workplace setting that is conducive to productive work.

9. Monitoring occupant satisfaction.

10. Monitoring construction and renovation projects.

11. Monitoring performance metrics.

12. Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,342.95 per month
