ABOUT POSITION:

GM – Operations role will include but not restricted to:

• Responsible to manage entire Hospital Operations i.e. PCS, Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Fire, Safety/Security etc.
• Implement/execute processes which are effective, promotes patient safety and are compliant to various regulatory & accreditation requirements
• Oversee implementation of quality & safety protocols across the hospital
• Oversee implementation of patient experience measures
• Conduct Operational analysis and Identifying and exploring ways & initiatives to control cost and generate revenue.
• Work in close collaboration with clinical & non-Clinical functions to ensure delivery of world class Healthcare services
• Responsible for maintaining and implementing Patient Feedback Process and conduct regular patient feedback and analysis.
• Managing policies and procedures of the unit, ensuring that best practices are followed with due benchmarking with the competition

ABOUT CANDIDATE:

An ideal candidate will be someone who find himself/herself meeting below traits

• 15+years- experience in healthcare
• Is moderately tech savvy, takes technology to its advantage to achieve efficiency
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinking and ability to plan, organize and execute
