We are looking for a strong Operations Head for our Homecare team at Medanta Noida.

Job responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end home healthcare operations ensuring seamless service delivery and patient satisfaction
2. Oversee service renewals, timely collections, and client retention initiatives
3. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and internal audit requirements
4. Supervise vendor management process, inventory control, and medical equipment rentals/sales
5. Drive operational excellence through standardized processes and performance metrics
6. Lead, mentor, and review team performance to ensure high productivity and engagement
7. Monitor feedback and implement improvement plans for service quality and patient experience
8. Liaise with government bodies and corporate clients for service expansion and compliance
9. Ensure efficient management of corporate medical rooms and ambulance services
