Job Description: HR Executive – Recruitment & Operations
Roles & Responsibilities –
- Handle end to end recruitment of the organization.
- Sourcing, screening, coordinating & interviewing the candidates.
- Doing the internal recruitments of the organization.
- Well versed with the job portals (Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn).
Skills & Qualifications –
- Good communication skills.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in core recruitment.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience- 1- 5 years.
Salary- 12,000 to 15,000 per month
Work mode- Work from Office
