Medhavi Skills University Hiring for Master Trainer at Delhi, Delhi Full Time

Job Description:

Academic responsibilities:

• Understand the Manufacturing/Automobile unit’s system, ITI, Diploma and Degree programs ‘curriculum, content and ability to modify platform content.
• Perform audit of the students work during the test period.
• Communicate with students during their study period and answer their questions.
• Maintain learning management system
• Monitor students’ progress and guide them.
• Initiate or support to organize tech event, seminars, workshop for the old and new students.
• Ensure data backup and maintain data integrity.
• Work collaboratively with University HO team.

Operational responsibilities:

• Owning academic operations based on curriculum and academic policies.
• Oversee everyday operations across all industries in the cluster.
• Schedule programs/courses and related logistics.
• Compile and collate students’ data, documents.
• Managing partner’s relationship and acting as a single point of contact.
• Travel between the industries and regular updates about the progress.
• Resolve on-ground issue.
• Stakeholders’ management.
• MIS & reporting.

Business development Responsibilities:

• Map industry segments/territory for business potentials.
• Market research, generate leads, an eye for the opportunities.
• Develop business relations with existing industries and add new industries.
• Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.

Required skills:

Qualification- Diploma (ITI) with B.Tech (Mechanical/Automotive)

• Having good communication skills.
• Good knowledge about manufacturing industries.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in industry, education or technical sales.
• Should have Industrial and Teaching Experience.
