Key Responsibilities:
– Source and plan media inventory across all formats – Digital, Traditional (Print, Radio, TV), and OOH – through barter deals.
– Negotiate cost-effective media buying deals ensuring maximum value and visibility through barter exchanges.
– Identify, evaluate, and onboard new media vendors and inventory partners.
– Analyze campaign requirements and match with the most relevant inventory across mediums.
– Work closely with sales, planning, and operations teams to ensure inventory availability and smooth execution of barter campaigns.
– Maintain strong vendor relations to ensure repeat access to high-impact placements and premium inventory.
– Track barter inventory performance and provide data-backed insights for optimization.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– 2–6 years of experience in media buying, media planning, or barter media sourcing.
– Hands-on experience in negotiating and acquiring media inventory across digital, traditional, and OOH platforms.
– Strong understanding of media metrics, value vs cost comparison, and ROI-driven media planning.
– Excellent negotiation skills, market intelligence, and vendor management ability.
– Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT, and media planning tools.
– Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
