MediaNama (www.medianama.com) is looking to hire an Accountant.

Location: North Delhi (Civil Lines)

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

• 4-5 years of accounting experience.

• Tally 4-5 of experience

• Gst 3-4 of experience

• MS-Office especially in Excel formulas, pivot tables, formatting, filters

• Google Sheets usage

Responsibilities

• Managing of day-to-day activities of Accounts

• TDS deposit

• Assist CA in Tax Audit

• Assist CA in ROC filling

• Issuing TDS and Form 16 certificates

• Computation and payment of income tax

• Prepare tax documents

• Create Salary Slip & Salary Distribution

• Payment of bills (Membership, Utility, Credit Card, Broadband and other bills )

• Statement reconciliation of all statements

• Preparing GST reports and filing Gst return

• Vendor Registration with clients

• Compile and analyse financial statements monthly

• Analyze financial information and prepare Income statements, Balance sheets, budgeting sheets and various financial sheets for management analysis

• Manage and reconcile all activities related to company investments.

• Reconcile cash and receipts.

• Review and reconcile transactions.

• Record payments you receive; deposit cash and checks.

• Invoice clients.

• Pay vendors, or at least schedule bills to be paid.

• Manage all interactions with banks
