Responsibilities:

• Managing cross-functional projects, planning, organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple categories and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes
• Adopt a structured approach to identify what problems need to be solved and break them down into smaller chunks. Prioritize what problems need to be solved now vs. later.
• Define category metrics and track them continuously. Identify patterns and come up with action plans to move metrics in the right direction.
• Work closely with senior leaders for a deep understanding of our business and ways of working.
• Work with a multitude of teams ranging from product, design, data, technology, marketing, customer care, finance to drive new initiatives.
• Define objective and key results to measure impact of new products.
• Must be able to develop clear thinking and business rationale for driving operational excellence in execution.
• Demonstrate the ability to succeed at management, planning and forecasting, defining and implementing strategies, and exhibit impact.

Requirements:

• Understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability
• Good analytical/data skills
• Be flexible, action and results oriented, self-starting and have strong analytical skills.
• Proactive approach and the ability to get hands-on is a success mantra for this role
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL, MS Excel
