Medica Stem Cells – UK Hiring for English Speaking Customer Service Representative at Ahmedabad Full Time

MUST HAVE CLEAR SPEAKING ENGLISH.
We are looking for an UK or USA trained english speaker who can work and thrive in a fast-paced business environment. The candidate will act as the key link between our company and our patients.

We will provide full training on our services for the role.

As Medica Stem Cells your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s treatments and maximize sales growth.

Medica Stem Cells sole aim is to improve people’s lives by providing excellent state-of-the-art treatments in our clinics alongside fantastic customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Calling Hospitals in UK/Ireland and retrieving the scan reports.

· Knowledge of handling calls for UK and Ireland Clinics

· Talking to Hospitals in UK/Ireland and arranging the reports

· Ability to coordinate tasks with team

· Proven work experience of 1 to 2 years

Qualifications and Skills

Proven work experience in customer service.

Familiarity with databases and statistics.

Knowledge of MS Office

Attention to detail and ability to lead

Excellent verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Good English reading and writing are required.

Preferred candidate having experience working in a call center environment

Full Training will be provided.
Must be able to work on own initiative.
Use of Microsoft packages is required.
