We are seeking Project Support to work with our multi-discipline team across a range of projects, including a programme of personal health records, healthcare research apps and a platform for digitising mental health act forms. You will work collaboratively with all members of our team.
Responsibilities:
You will support the Project and Product Managers to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
You will follow established project processes and:
Attend regular internal and client project meetings.
Take detailed meeting notes and project scopes.
Write regular progress reports for clients.
Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk and issue registers, scoping documentation.
Update and maintain project management software (Wrike).
Take responsibility for organising and maintaining project files and folders.
Undertake user acceptance testing on platforms.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, quickly picking up software and processes and working across multiple projects.
Experience in project support or similar administrative role.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Proven organisational skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Able to work remotely as an individual as well as in a team setting.
Proven experience working in a deadline-driven environment and being able to demonstrate an ability to juggle different project priorities.
Good written and spoken English.
Willingness to learn about basic software development principles.
Good English communication- written and verbal.
Experience in a digital environment is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of data protection or working with sensitive information.
