Roles and Responsibilities
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Well Versed with MS Office
Resilience & ability to work with multiple internal & external stakeholders to get the work done within timelines
Preparation & circulation of minutes of meeting, agenda for the meeting
Timely filing of NPPA Forms & maintain records to ensure compliance
Ability to work effectively with CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) & Medical team
Efficiency in preparing monthly/quarterly/half yearly/Annual reports
Maintenance of all incoming & outgoing letters /Documents to various Government Departments/Internal Departments
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task & prioritize work
