Experience:

We are looking for a skilled National Key Account Manager to strengthen the relationship of the company with its most important clients and partners. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

An ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions (cross-sell & up-sell) and achieve mutual satisfaction.

The goal is to contribute by sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients and partners.

• Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.

• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.

• Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.

• Communicating and collaborating with the internal stakeholders to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.

• Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

• Developing a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements and preparing customised solutions.

• Leading review & Sync-up meetings with the clients and partners.

• Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client’s long-term goals.

Qualifications:

• MBA graduate from top B-School

• Min. 2-3 years of experience in Key Account Management

• Mandatory understanding of Business and ways to grow business

• Ability to handle multiple accounts

Preferred Experience:

• Start-up Experience

• Corporate / Enterprise Sales

• Healthcare Companies, Health Insurance brokers, SaaS companies

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹1,300,000.00 – ₹1,700,000.00 per year
