Position:- Production Manager
(Products – Cakes, Cookies, Mixture, Snacks )
Education: – Degree and above
Experience: –Min 2 to 5 Years in a Food Industry
Job Description:

• Plan and execute production plan
• Prepare/review records, reports & Protocols.
• Preparation of SOPs and training of production employees to meet the standards required
• Conduct process validations, cleaning validations
• Troubleshoot during manufacturing operations
• Evaluate the opportunities for improvement of production and process and implement in consideration with relevant stakeholders through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and ensure material is dispatched as per schedules.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and awareness of the business process
• Ability meets and delegates the timelines by effective planning and organization skills.

Salary: –22,000/- to 30,000/-
