Global Head of Human Resources and Recruitment

The Global Head of Human Resources and Recruitment is responsible for the overall strategic direction and implementation of the human resources function for the organization across North America and India. This position plays a key role in shaping the culture, values, and talent management practices of the organization, and in developing a strong employer brand. At the same time, the successful candidate will be building a diverse and high-performing workforce while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and objectives, developing and implementing a global recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent. This position reports to the CEO, serving as a liaison between leadership and the rest of the organization, and ensuring a consistent, positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organization’s human resources strategy and policies, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.
• Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy that aligns with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.
• Develop and implement global HR policies, procedures, and programs, including talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Manage the recruiting, selection process, and onboarding processes. Work with management to ensure the selection of the right candidates for all positions.
• Develop and implement programs to build a strong employer brand and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Work with business leaders to assess workforce needs and develop staffing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Develop and oversee employee engagement and retention programs to foster a positive work environment and high-performance culture. Our goal is a unified team of happy, satisfied employees.
• Develop and implement programs to measure and improve employee performance, productivity, and development.
• Ensure compliance with local and global labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of HR services.
• Oversee the development and implementation of HR technology systems and tools to support HR operations and strategic objectives.
• Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Develop and manage relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources management, with at least 5 years in a global HR leadership role.
• Experience in domestic and international recruiting and HR operations. At least 5 years of human resources and/or recruiting experience in developing countries preferred.
• Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and policies in a global, multicultural organization.
• Experience developing and implementing global recruitment strategies and programs.
• Exposure to interviewing techniques, knowledge of personnel policy and procedures and federal and state laws regarding employment.
• Strong understanding of international labor laws and regulations.
• Experience managing large HR teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,025.37 – ₹1,807,474.22 per year
