Job Description:

• Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers.
• Analyzing client’s needs and financial ability to recommend the right Property
• Should have database of clients .
• Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
• Manage the customer visit to property site and convince them to buy property
• Create and update Listings, Mailers of available properties.
• Cold-Calling in order to create interest in products & services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform new properties
• Answer questions about properties or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

• Graduate With Any Stream
• Good Communication Skill
• Strong Presentation and Convincing Skills
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Minimum 1 years of Business Development/ Sales experience in the real estate industry/Insurance/Automobiles
