Full Job Description
Answer phone calls and record relevant information.
Categorize calls according to importance and urgency.
Address any problems and requests via phone call by providing the appropriate information to our callers.
Coordinate with multiple personnel and equipment like radio, computer, and phone to send crew, vehicles and other units to the required location.
Ensure the route map for the field units are clear, coordinated and schedule them accordingly.
Provide detailed information on traffic, obstacles and requirements.
Enter and update data in the computer system and maintain a log of all necessary details.
Dispatch and receive delivery orders or products.
Ensure the caller is satisfied with the service provided.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Accurate and fast data entry ability.
Excellent computer skills, familiar with technology and methods like CAD.
Great analytical ability and critical problem-solving ability.
Excellent multi tasking and organizational abilities.
