• Process monthly payroll for all workers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of workers Bio-metric attendance, leave, and other related data
• Prepare and maintain Workers records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in status, Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies. Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
• Administer benefits programs, including health insurance and other benefits
• Prepare and submit relevant reports to management and external agencies as required
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including labor laws
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and other sensitive information
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 18 months

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
