To prepare MIS reports sitewise

To prepare monthly Cash flow statement

To ensure smooth payroll processing & accounting – Consolidating the data from HR, process the salary on monthly basis, Computation of Income tax for employees, Form 16, attending the queries of employees on income tax & reimbursements .

To ensure Closing of the books on Monthly Basis.

To Maintain Creditors & Debtors, their aging analysis,

To Analyse the Monthly expenses, Variance Analysis with the Cost Centre Heads.

To Manage and ensure smooth Transactions with the banks and post transaction correspondence with the Banks.

To ensure planning & budgeting for all the departments.

To ensure finalization of annual accounts, statutory audit & tax Audit.

To ensure smooth compliance of GST including payment, and filing of returns of GST across the country

To attend the pending litigations with various authorities of tax inlcuding TDS, Income Tax, GST and VAT.

Supervision of Legal & Secretarial Compliances.

Educational Qualifications

BCom

Skill sets required

The candidate should have

– Good People Management Skills

– Should have managed a team of 2-4 reporting subordinates under him

– Knowledge of Tally 9, statutory requirements for Tds, GST
