Marketing & Sales Manager ( Tech / Digital Savvy )

Wish to have someone who can achieve monthly / yearly sales goals , keeping company’s enrollment plans & policies.

In addition to optimum utilisation of resources i.e staff,digital assets , job responsibilities includes developing and researching marketing opportunities and sales strategies , not limited to :

To create / develop / maintain extraordinary digital presence , online & offline engagement & systems for company which will help achieving sales goals

To take responsibility for the complete process of lead generation to lead conversion and process , system , human / tech resources attached to it.

Take care of content upgradation / updation at the company’s word press website , Facebook , Insta , Google Maps , Twitter etc.

To take care of product training & performance monitoring of tele , field sales staff & counsellors

Run paid ads on Insta , Facebook & Google

Run automations on company’s CRM , Email , SMS , WhatsApp Marketing with the company’s tools

Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.

Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing events , activities , schemes , proposals , offers , advertisements.

Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.

Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.

Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.

Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Salary: ₹38,086.00 – ₹65,139.85 per month
