Job Responsibilities-
- Determining applicants’ requirements by studying the job description.
- Designing and implementing overall recruitment strategy.
- Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Screening resumes.
- Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards/ portals
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Learning all the aspects of HR recruitment.
