Job Responsibilities-

• Determining applicants’ requirements by studying the job description.
• Designing and implementing overall recruitment strategy.
• Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Screening resumes.
• Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards/ portals
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Learning all the aspects of HR recruitment.
