- Develop recruitment goals and objectives (e.g. the number of sourced candidates, and resumes viewed per week).
- Implement the recruitment plans and help us hire the candidates
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process
- Connecting with the HR’s of multiple companies and getting their hiring requirements
- Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications Collaborate with the team
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: ₹3,000.00 – ₹6,000.00 per month
