Business Analyst IT-Controlling and Overhead Controlling (SAP BW/HANA)

The ART for Cost, Budget, Product & Project is providing planning and reporting solutions for finance departments, in our case for overhead and IT-controlling. The product teams are responsible for the design, implementation and support. In this area we’re searching for an business analyst.

The jobholder is responsible for:

• Involvement in planning, designing and agile implementation of product increments with the aim of providing productively usable applications at an early stage
• Management of roles and authorizations as well as managing transports for the BI projects along with the internal platform provider SAP BI Shared Service Platform (SBISS)
• Active involvement in interdisciplinary teams with agile methods (e.g. Scrum/SAFe)
• Cooperation with external service providers
• Creation of test concepts and automation of tests in the BI environment (e. g. regression tests)
• Implementation of fault rectification in the event of malfunctions in operation
• Assessment of technical concepts/specifications and offers of internal and external business partners
• CISM migration to Service Now for our applications/digital products

Qualification

• Several years’ experience in developing BI solutions based on SAP BW, additionally good skills in ABAP and HANA are required
• Knowledge of SAP BW on HANA, SAP BW/4 – especially extractors, process chains, data modelling
• Sound knowledge in Analysis for Office and Query Design, SAP UI5
• Basic knowledge in SAP ERP (ECC, SAP S/4) CO and MM
• Knowledge and experience with agile methodology (SCRUM, SAFe)
• Experience in test design and test automation in a BI environment
• Excellent knowledge of English
