Qualifications:

  • Advanced Python Knowledge.
  • Advanced time series forecasting modelling.
  • Experience with Object Oriented Programming in Python.
  • Experience with Machine Learning algorithms.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proactive, good communicator, critical thinking, whole product view (not just feature development), aim for sustainability of the product, team player.
  • (Preferred) Experience contributing to Python libraries.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and constant enhancement of time-series forecasting functionalities.
  • Code integration and testing of functionalities.
  • Integration with sktime python library.
  • Implementation of functionalities in Python based on customer requirements/feedback.
  • Exploration of new forecasting methods towards higher accuracy of forecasts.
  • Python code refactoring.
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation.
