Job Description

BE / B.Tech with strong IT background
6 years of experience in Informatica / Oracle Apex with knowledge on Discoverant application.
Good expertise on SQL and PLSQL
Profound troubleshooting skills for Discoverant, Oracle PL/SQL, WEB application.
Exposure to HTML, JS and CSS
Exposure to Pipeline Pilot and SIMCA Online administration.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft server platform (i.e. MS Windows Servers, Active Directory, Citrix)
Basic knowledge of network, firewall, IT Architecture and Technology,
Good knowledge ofk IT processes (ITIL based) and tools (e.g. ServiceNow, HPSM, JIRA,..)
Working experience on Agile framework.
Experiences in Pharmaceuticals Business and Manufacturing processes; Preferred: BI experiences
Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, or pharmaceutical Process Development experience in general is a plus
Excellent comunication and presentation skills to collaborte with global teams.
Should be able to work with thrid party teams.
Good teamwork capability and customer orientation.

Roles and Responsibilities
1st and 2nd level support for Discoverant Business Service: incident/service request management, problem management incl. root cause analysis and CAPA management, change request management, monitoring, trouble shooting of application interfaces on request
SPOC for solution provider for 3rd level support, coordination of solution provider Biovia-Dassault Systems
Working with Project/Support team to perform Discoverant Hierarchy, PRIMR Template changes and to build/modify Oracle views based on user requirement.
Reporting and monitoring of SLA targets
Assist Project Manager to order infrastructure and to build Discoverant Core Platform
Write project delivery documentation (IQs, Technical specs, IT Risk Analysis)
