Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team at Mere Mentor, a leading career assessment and guidance platform. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions and supporting the growth and development of our organization. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in HR.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR
• Sound knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Roles And Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance and support to employees
• Manage employee information and HR databases
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development
• Support the HR Manager in conducting training and development programs
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Handle HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and managing HR documentation
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events
