Work Location: Chennai – Karapakkam , OMR

Working Hours: 9.30 am – 5:30 pm

Positions – Only 4 slots available (Female and Male Candidates)

Recruiting for Customer Service Executive / Tele callers / Chat Support | E-mail support / Cold Calling / Sales

Roles & Responsibilites :

• Answering calls and resolving queries about products and the company.
• Noticing significant subtleties in every discussion.
• Conveying verbal acknowledgements of offers to our Sales group for closing.
• Maintain operations by following policies, methodology and functional changes.
• Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
• Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.
• Acquiring and updating an individual’s contact details.
• Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.
• Proven experience as a telesales representative or other customer service role.
• Experience in the Education Sector is an added advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi, and Tamil language.
• Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
• Ability to switch communication styles.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills in English (Both Voice & Non-Voice)
• MS Excel and Good Typing Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
