Job Title: Area Sales Manager – In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)

1. Achieve sales targets and drive business growth for Meril’s IVD products.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, diagnostic labs, and distributors.
3. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
7. Manage distributor performance and support their sales efforts.
8. Ensure timely reporting of sales data and forecasts.
9. Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
10. Work towards enhancing brand visibility and market penetration.

Qualifications & Experience:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields. An MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.

📌 Experience: 2–7 years of sales experience in the IVD / Medical Devices / Diagnostics industry.
