Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager for our ENT division at a leading medical device company in Surat.

Support the learning and development of the sales team

• Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
• Track and report all sales activities
• Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
• Drives business growth by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational policies.
• Manages a team of senior executives. Supporting them on their development plans and engaging in open and honest conversations.
• Reviews and discusses action plans for the achievement of the sales budget each month.
• Create and implement the plan for conducting promotional activities, develop CRM strategy, and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies from time to time in order to achieve objectives through sales.
• Map the potential of the territory and relates it to market trends and competitors’ activities

Profiles, assess potential, prepares target list, and enlists new doctors as per business requirements.

• Builds consistent, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders/Key Business leaders in assigned territory by involving them in scientific engagements at regular intervals and through effective coverage at the right frequency.
• Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a timely resolution.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 Years medical devices sales experience.
• Relevant experience in ENT
• Excellent decision-making and strong financial management skills.
• Fluency in written and verbal communication skills in regional language. Intermediate level of English. Good written and verbal communication skills as appropriate.
