Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and SQL (PostgreSQL), with a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end development.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing applications. The role includes end-to-end involvement in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from requirement analysis to production deployment — while working closely with UI/UX designers, ML engineers, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MERN stack + PostgreSQL.

· Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end services.

· Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly front-end applications with React.js (JavaScript/TypeScript).

· Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following industry best practices.

· Ensure security, scalability, and high performance of applications in production.

· Collaborate with DevOps engineers to enable CI/CD automation and cloud deployment.

· Work with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, ML, QA) to deliver robust solutions.

· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance.

· Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills:

· 1–3 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

· Strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

· Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end and back-end.

· Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) including schema design, queries, indexing, and optimization.

· Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker for development and deployment.

· Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2).

· Good understanding of Agile methodologies and the complete SDLC.

Preferred / Additional Skills:

· Exposure to Python for backend services, automation, or ML integrations.

· Practical experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes a plus).

· Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (PM2, CloudWatch, ELK).

· Experience with testing frameworks (Vitest, Mocha, Cypress, PyTest).

· Strong awareness of security best practices, performance tuning, and optimization.
