Position Overview:

Meril Lifesciences is looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should currently be employed and have prior experience in the healthcare industry, a recruitment consultancy, or a human resources company. This role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle and collaborating with business leaders to attract top talent across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create job descriptions and specifications.
• Use various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and reports regularly.
• Coordinate with internal HR teams and external partners to ensure timely and quality hires.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, compliance, and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Must be currently working in a healthcare organization, HR consultancy, or human resources firm.
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn and job portals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
