- Secretarial & legal Compliance – the Companies Act and its Rules & Regulations
- Prepare agendas papers for board meetings, committees and general meetings
- Take minutes & draft resolutions. Conversant with MCA 21, Secretarial Audit and FEMA Compliances
- Responsible for the efficient administration of a company, particularly about ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Degree of Law will be an added advantage.
