Roles And Responsibilities

• Work closely and effectively with the Founder to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
• Manage the Founders calendar, meetings and appointments.
• To provide full secretarial support to the Founder
• Coordinate flow of information both internally and externally
• Screening phone calls, mails, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate and send communications on the Founders behalf
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (visas, flights, ground transfers, hotel, forex, etc ) with attention to cost, quality and detail.
• You will be assisting the founder and handling day to day secretarial activities, giving administrative support, co-ordination with departments, handling personal work, MIS reports etc.
• Managing personal bookings and engagements

Requirements

• 7-12 years of experience
• You should be proficient in MS Office
• Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
