• Summary
  • You will be part of a dynamic team providing high impact analytical solutions across business functions including marketing, product, customer experience, etc. for the clients across multiple industries for Indian and onshore markets
  • You will be part of the team which partners with the business leaders to provide data driven strategies to grow business KPIs like acquisition, customer engagement & retention, campaign optimization, personalized offering, etc.
  • We are looking for candidates with understanding in business analytics using tools like SQL, R, Python, Pyspark, Hive, CDP, Pig, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Datorama, G-Studio, FBBMS, AppsFlyr, and a few more.

• 
  Managerial Roles:
  • Lead a team of data scientists, data analysts and CDP analysts, BI analysts, mid-level managers
  • Interact with clients to understand the business challenge, convert it into analytics driven solution
  • Builds a strong team of data scientists, data analysts, BI experts, CDP professionals
  • Train the team of junior data scientists to upskill them in AI/ML
  • Independently take care of project lifecycle – sales, kickoff, audit & discovery, development, deployment, project billing, and related tasks

• 
  Hands-on Roles:
  • Hands-on work, project delivery of Advanced analytics/ML/AI projects to solve complex business problems
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
  • Analyze client data using EDA and provide actionable insights to improve processes and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool
  • Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports
  • Strong Analytical, problem solving & critical thinking skills
  • Handle client interaction, client negotiations and build strong documentation
  • Provide support for ad hoc requests from the Business Users
  • Provide support for analytics processes monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content
  • Gather, understand, and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Support in creating client presentations, sales pitches, design dashboards
  • Independently determine the appropriate approach for new assignments
  • Complete a variety of atypical assignments

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications
  • Masters in Statistics, applied mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Project management in multiple disciplines experience
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Interpersonal skills – team builder, self-driven, minimal supervision, strategic thinker
  • People and client management skills
  • Exposure of working for Automobile, BFSI, Entertainment industry is a plus

• 
  Primary Skills:
  • Someone who is inquisitive and has great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to own projects and work independently once given a direction
  • Experience working directly with business users to build reports, dashboards and solving business questions with data

• 
  Core Skills:
  • 6-8 years core data science/analytics experience
  • Excellent knowledge in statistical techniques such and advanced machine learning algorithms- Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Clustering, Time Series, XG-boost, MTA, MMM, churn prediction, lead scoring
  • Good Knowledge in Deep Learning Algorithms such as CNN, RNN & LSTM (is a plus)
  • Excellent knowledge in CDP, cookie tagging, creating master segments, unifying data, creating a customer single view, etc.

• 
  Tools Expertise:
  • Experience using
    • R, Python, SAS, SPSS, Advanced Excel
    • SQL, HIVE, Presto, Pig, DAX
    • CDP – Salesforce CDP, Treasure Data CDP
    • ML building and deployment using AWS/GCP
    • Exposure to BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Qlik, Datorama, Data Studio, etc.) is a plus

Understanding about GA360/Adobe/Datorama/DMP/MDP etc. is plus
