Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operation teams for final MIS for sharing with clients and getting the Client Approval.
• Preparation of B2B Invoices basis the approved client MIS and uploading of invoices on the client portal as per the process of each individual clients and tracking the same for processing of the payment by the client on timely basis.
• Resolution of client queries w. r. t. invoices and other client requirements.
• Accounting for client receipt against the respective invoices and follow-up for invoice number details, wherever the details are not shared by client alongwith payment advice.
• Verification of the transactions to comply with financial policies and procedures.
• Managing customer aging and payments follow-up for overdue payments.
• Maintaining the tracker for client follow-up on overdue payments and ensure timely payment.
• Assisting in preparation of MIS.
• Day-to-day Accounting operations and Book-keeping.
• Handling B2B invoicing and Revenue accounting.
• Helping the Finance Manager in MIS Preparations and Month end closure.
• Ensuring timely receipt of payments from clients.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of accounting processes.
• Good knowledge of various financial software like Tally 9.0
• Hands on experience in Tally.
