Job Description: 
Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive student recruitment in Kerala.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with agents, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders.
Travel across Kerala to conduct meetings, presentations, and seminars to promote IHM’s programs.
Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand IHM’s reach and student base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and materials.
Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Candidate Requirement

Minimum of 5 years of experience in student recruitment or business development.
Proven track record in achieving recruitment targets and building successful partnerships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel across Kerala on a regular basis..
