Summary:
The Outsourced Sales Lead will build and manage high-performing outbound sales programs that enable our customers to get the most out of their advertising investment with Meta. In this role, you will lead one of the largest parts of the Small and Medium business portfolio in India and will work with external partners, internal teams, service delivery managers and the sales leadership team to set goals and deliver results across multiple programs. You will be expected to help the teams deliver on ambitious targets and roll up your sleeves to partner directly with clients and partner teams that drive programs to exceed service & revenue goals. Successful team members are execution focused, and are able to manage internal and external teams to achieve results at scale. To achieve this, you’ll need to have strong leadership qualities to influence others and manage change. Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement is also a key expectation in this role. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in developing programs by leveraging outsourced vendors. You’ll need a passion for identifying and our customer’s needs and solving for them with an eye for scaling processes and workflows.
Required Skills:
Program execution: Build and manage a team of internal FTEs and external partners/outsourced partners to achieve program goals
Provide strategic insights from the program to inform and influence key product stakeholders.
Help the global team develop and test high-performing programs through a combination of metric measurement and optimization
Work in partnership with multiple XFN teams to ensure quality and focusing on training and processes that will increase customer satisfaction and service program adoption
Design and iterate workflows and operational plans for large-scale ideas. Ensure team readiness to deliver complex advertising solutions – work with outsourced vendors
Track operational metrics and identify process improvements to deliver successfully on strategic projects
Minimum Qualifications:
18+ years of related experience in a highly skilled environment with a minimum of 6+ years of experience managing and leading a team.
Experience managing programs with outsourced vendors
Excellent leadership, influencing, organizational skills, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, an Engineering background will be preferred
Proven ability to build strong working relationships with Large Digital first clients
Strong understanding of the digital advertising market landscape in India
