Meta Looking For Policy Programs and Campaigns Manager, India at Gurgaon, Haryana, Full Time

Meta is seeking an experienced Programs and Campaigns Manager to join our Policy Programs Team. In this role, you’ll help shape the narrative by way of strategic partnerships and campaigns for our products and help grow the ecosystem of stakeholders and partners. Your work will focus on AI opportunities and also User Safety. You’ll work cross functionally on opportunities that show the impact of our products on everyday life. Your goal will be to create engaging opportunities and leverage existing ones to land partnerships with government stakeholders at the central and state levels, key stakeholders, etc. This role will play a unifying force to ensure that all of these threads are strategically aligned, coordinated across functions, and executed to a high standard.

Policy Programs and Campaigns Manager, India Responsibilities:

• Strategic partnerships with government and research institutions on Artificial Intelligence
• Campaigns that frame our AI narrative responsibly and credibly
• Programs focused on social impact areas like education and healthcare and Small and Medium Businesses
• Develop partnerships with third parties
• Build frameworks to educate the public and policymakers

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in legal, public policy, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience in running campaigns and strategic initiatives
• Understanding of AI systems and opportunities
• Experience working in cross-functional organizations, collaborating with product, policy, business development, communications marketing, and legal teams
• Ability to distill complex technical details into easily understood information
• Sound understanding of India’s regulatory environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product counseling or advising product teams on policy implications
• Regional experience in APAC or India policy environments
