Knowledge: Contract Management in Mid/Large corporates, Contract negotiation and execution,
able to handle litigation, Knowledge of IP (Patent/Copyrights) filling, MCA/RBI Compliance, Labour Law
compliance
Subject Knowledge, zeal to keep abreast of all new developments, hard-working, professional approach,
result-oriented, ability to take up responsibilities, work together in a team environment. Should have ability to
read and speak Kannada.
Working Experience of 3 to 5 years in any reputed Law Firm/ organization of repute. Practical knowledge
of litigation process.
Candidate will be responsible to handle following activities
and legal documents
regulatory requirements as may be applicable i.e. MCA/RBI and others
Firms in updating status of various legal cases
may be required for pending legal matters
contracts terms or other policy matters
concerned team about IP.
Specific Duties
Able to handle all legal activities independently and efficiently.
Agreements / Deeds of Indemnity / Warranty Deeds / Power of Attorneys / Service Agreements /
Non-disclosure Agreements / Memorandum of Understanding / Transaction related agreements etc.
for finalization
Arbitration, Labor Matters including effective management of all cases and providing periodical
updates to the Management, Out of court settlements – wherever feasible in the interest of the
Company, including liaison with Advocates / Law Firms on various matters
including tracking amendments / notifications / circulars issued by the regulatory authorities and
developing action plan on various matters for effective implementation
ensure compliance with the applicable regulations
prescribed timeline and maintenance / up-dation of statutory registers / records
