Qualification B.E./B.Tech-(Mechanical)

Experience 6-8

Job Description

1. Knowledge & hands on experience in 2W/4W commodities of sheet metal, tubular & fabrication of 2W/4W like frame/saree guard/swing arms/fuel tank/chassis/cross members etc

2. Should have working experience wuitn Eurpeon/U.S customers like-TVS/ HONDA/ HERO / HARLEY DAVIDSON/ BMW / MARUTI /VW /FORD etc

3. Shall have hands on experience in all quality tools like SPC, MSA, GRR, PFD,PFMEA, CP, Complete PPAP documentation is must

4. Product feasibility analysis , thereby defining manufacturing process & CTQ parameters.

5. Experience in gauge/ welding fixture & tools development & trials / proofing

6. Shall have knowledge & experience of all inspection methods & instruments/equipments & GD & T.

7.Shall have knowledge & experience of quality systems ISO 9001, IATF is must,

8. Proficiency in MS Office
