Basic ETP /STP treatments

• Requirement of chemicals, their concentrations for treatments
• All Tanks, processes, charastestic & functions
• Instruments calibrations & its reliabilities, cognizance during treatments
• Daily Parameter check list for Nickel chrome, painting, plant
• Maintain the waste water after treatments , as per Requirements EP Acts/

Consent to operate norms

• Every Day Monitoring after Treatment water parameters in the range of std.
• Every Day monitoring chemical consumptions, it should be below targeted value
• Maintain House keeping of the plant such that no spillage/ slippage of chemicals,
• Sludge’s, waste water on the ground.
• Preventive maintenance of ETP to avoid certain leakages, breakages of pipes.
• Testing all water treatment parameters as per the standard APHA, IS 3027,
• Every WATER treatments Process/Product audit to be carried out.
• Atomic Absorption spectroscopy analysis & cognizant of results
• Ensure 5S of E.T.P.
• Achieve customer awards & JIPM Award
• Ensure legal compliance in all respect.
