Job Description
Basic ETP /STP treatments
- Requirement of chemicals, their concentrations for treatments
- All Tanks, processes, charastestic & functions
- Instruments calibrations & its reliabilities, cognizance during treatments
- Daily Parameter check list for Nickel chrome, painting, plant
- Maintain the waste water after treatments , as per Requirements EP Acts/
Consent to operate norms
- Every Day Monitoring after Treatment water parameters in the range of std.
- Every Day monitoring chemical consumptions, it should be below targeted value
- Maintain House keeping of the plant such that no spillage/ slippage of chemicals,
- Sludge’s, waste water on the ground.
- Preventive maintenance of ETP to avoid certain leakages, breakages of pipes.
- Testing all water treatment parameters as per the standard APHA, IS 3027,
- Every WATER treatments Process/Product audit to be carried out.
- Atomic Absorption spectroscopy analysis & cognizant of results
- Ensure 5S of E.T.P.
- Achieve customer awards & JIPM Award
- Ensure legal compliance in all respect.
