Job Title: SENIOR EXECUTIVE BUSINESS HR

Industry: BPO/KPO/IT/ITES/Banking/Engineering Solutions.

Experience: 7 10 Years

Location: Coimbatore / Pollachi

Skill Set:

oMinimum 4 to 6 years should have handled Business HR

oShould have exposure of handling 800+ people with 2 to 3 team players

oHands on with Recruitment process Exposure in hiring senior level resources

oShould have an exposure to conducting town halls / R&R / Employee engagement initiatives/ Connect meetings

oCoordinate with Domain for the Learning requirement and analyse the need

oCoordinate with L&D team for people development of the domain and follow-up.

oExposure in driving PMS and review systems / Resource movement process / Disciplinary process / Exit Process

oExposure in Developing Career development plan and Job Analysis

oShould handle HR operations / Query Handling / Good in Statutory / Employee Grievance Management

oExposed to Quality systems like ISO processes and Audits

oExcellent in HR analytics / Data Management

oHands on with any HRMS system and understanding of HRMS functional requirement

oNeed to manage different domains with multiple locations split.
