Metro Park industrial plots are targeted at MSME and SME segments. We are conveniently located within the sector grid of Mohali, Punjab, and is the preferred location for the industrialist across the region.

Salary Package – 20k – 35k(per month) [ Salary based on Experience & last CTC from previous job ]
* (Incentives Extra, other expenses reimbursement as per actual)

Location- Preferably from Tri-city
Preference – Female candidates only
Immediately joiners are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities –

The Sales tele-caller shall be responsible to handle the leads & doing calling
Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clients, thereby achieving business targets.
Maintaining relationships with customers.
Identifying sales opportunities.
Following up with customers
Communicating courteously with customers over the phone, email, etc.
Prior experience selling real estate is a plus.
To connect with potential customers.
Marketing existing & upcoming inventory to prospective buyers & investors.
To systematically & effectively manage Enquiry and Follow-ups.
To constantly generate sales through multiple marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
