Online Distribution Executive

(Position based in Bhiwandi factory)

• To ensure timely dispatches should be done on a daily basis of online marketplace

orders.
2) Solving the problem of E-commerce software if any.

3) Online Portal Order to Invoice Processing & regularisation in the MOPL ERP system.

4) To take E-commerce stocks on monthly basis & arrange for stocks as per the average

sales.

5) To arrange for E-commerce stocks at Pan India CFA locations.

6) Coordinating with the E-commerce courier person for pick-ups.

7) Preparation of E-waybill and E-invoice for E-commerce dispatches.

8) To dispatch Online Orders & PO raised on marketplaces.

9) Make entry to the daily online invoices and returns in the ERP system.

10) To send codes relating to New Stockiest appointments, Credit Limits, issuing of passwords for credit limits and informing the same to the C&F & sales team.

11) Daily reports publish to higher authority persons which are processed on a daily basis.
12) Preparation of Purchase requisition for warehouse stationery & other requirements.

Salary Upto : 6 LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
